Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)


The FAQs are intended to be a useful resource and guide for your online learning experience. Learn more by clicking on the title of interest.

Each session opens 5 minutes prior to the start time. To access your session(s) click the "Live Sessions" tab then "Attend Session" for the session you are attending. We strongly advise you to select your session prior to the start time.

To receive PDH for sessions attended during the live event (June 21-23), please complete quizzes and evaluations by Friday, July 15, 2022. 

Miss any live sessions? Don’t worry! All education sessions will be available on-demand until July 31, 2022. For any sessions watched on-demand (later than June 23), evaluations and quizzes must be completed by July 31, 2022.

Attendance will be uploaded to the Landscape Architecture Continuing Education System™ (LA CES) beginning July 15 and through August as exams are completed.

Please follow the directions below to access the evaluation and quizzes:

  • Make sure you are logged into your account.
  • Click on the "Evaluations" tab in the lefthand navigation. Click “Take Evaluation” to access each 60-minute session evaluation. Participants must take and pass the quiz to earn professional development hours (PDH) for each one-hour session.

To access a course certificate after passing an exam, follow either of the steps listed below:

  • Option 1: After passing an exam, stay on the Evaluations tab of the event page. The Take Evaluation button will turn to a Print Certificate button, and you can view/download the course certificate.
  • Option 2: Click on the My Account button at the top of the page. Click on My Certificates on the lefthand side menu, select the ASLA SKILL | ED: Project Management for Landscape Architects, then View Certificate next to each completed session evaluation.
On-demand session recordings will be available within 2-3 business days following the live sessions.

Use the "Registration" link in the menu bar. 

To register for this event, you must first sign in with your ASLA login credentials. If you do not know your ASLA account password, please click here to retrieve it. If you do not know your ASLA username or password, please contact membership@asla.org (202-898-2444). Once logged in, complete the registration form and then select the correct package based on your membership type. Enter your payment information and submit your registration. You will receive an email confirming your registration for the event shortly after.

You will need to have the Zoom app on your device, or the most up-to-date version of your preferred browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, etc.).
