The implementation of sustainable landscape in cities is just half the story: how do professionals even get to that stage? In this webinar two city officials, each from Chicago and New York, will discuss the obstacles met when proposing green infrastructure. They will also describe how their municipalities iron out conflicting ordinances, the policies that are finally adopted, and how the data is being monitored.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn what type of sustainable policies local governments have adopted and how they are accepted in the community.
  • Understand what local governments wish to see when reviewing sustainable developments.
  • Hear suggestions for practitioners for the execution, processing, and monitoring of sustainable projects.
