U.S. National Park Service, Olmsted Center for Landscape Preservation

Encompassing more than thirty publications, Chris Beagan’s portfolio includes design and planning projects for some of America’s most historically significant places, from Golden Gate National Recreation Area to Cape Cod National Seashore. He also manages the “Designing the Parks” internship program, which invests in the next generation of public land stewards by introducing students to planning and design professions. Prior to joining NPS, Chris worked with Pressley Associates Landscape Architects. His work included projects at Philip Johnson’s Glass House Estate, Beatrix Farrand’s Garland Farm, and Dan Kiley’s NCNB Plaza. Chris is a graduate of Cornell University and licensed in Massachusetts.
