Matthew is a Principal with Fehr & Peers and President of Fehr & Peers DC. He has been involved in many of Fehr & Peers’ highest visibility and most complex projects. His key strength is his broad background and multi-modal approach, which he has applied to many large-area plans with transit and pedestrian-oriented projects. Matthew is a regular contributor to the Institute of Transportation Engineers and has written a number of national publications, most recently the Layered Network chapter of the Planning Urban Roadway Systems Recommended Practice. He is a member of the Transportation Research Board Bicycle Transportation Committee.
