Logan Simpson

Wayne has substantial experience restoration and natural resource-based landscape architecture. He has completed resource protection, habitat restoration, revegetation, plant salvage, landform modification, and aesthetic mitigation designs for 150 miles of rural landscapes involving thousands of native plants. In addition, he prepares site-specific details and stormwater/erosion control plans for 425 miles of new and reconstructed roadways to meet National Pollution Discharge Elimination System requirements. Wayne also specializes in Clean Water Act compliance (Sections 401, 402, and 404), having obtained environmental clearances for more than 300 projects. He is currently responsible for stormwater training for the Arizona and Nevada Departments of Transportation.
