Andy’s interests, inspiration, and design perspective have been influenced by his upbringing and experiences with the wilderness, wildlife, and freshwater lakes of Ontario. He is currently a designer for projects at the University of Toronto, Brooklyn Bridge Park, and the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. Prior to joining MVVA in 2014, Andy was employed as an urban designer at HOK. Andy received a Bachelor of Environmental Studies in urban planning from the University of Waterloo, where he graduated with honors. He earned a Master of Landscape Architecture from Harvard's Graduate School of Design, graduating with distinction and the ASLA Commencement Award.
