Ron Henderson, FASLA, is Professor and Director of the Landscape Architecture + Urbanism Program at the Illinois Institute of Technology. He was a prime investigator of The Driverless City Project, a funded research initiative investigating the urban design implications of driverless and autonomous vehicles, which has been featured in the New York Times, Chicago Tribune, Landscape Architecture Magazine, and the Vienna Biennale, among other venues. He is founding principal of L+A Landscape Architecture, Senior Fellow of Garden and Landscape Studies at Dumbarton Oaks, and a Japan-US Creative Artist Fellow.
