Quality Public Spaces Program Manager, Memphis Medical District Collaborative

Susannah Barton is the program manager of the Quality Public Spaces program at the Memphis Medical District Collaborative. In her role, Susannah and her team work to create public spaces that foster a sense of place in the Memphis Medical District, encourage walking and biking, and facilitate interaction among visitors. Susannah's team is responsible for the organization's streetscape projects, public greenspace and park transformation and programming, placemaking initiatives, and public art installations. Susannah received her Master's in Urban and Regional Planning from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
