Sam Sikanas is a landscape and urban designer at W Architecture and Landscape Architecture in Brooklyn, NY. He has been involved in urban design and master planning projects in New York City, northern New York State, and the Midwest, as well as site design projects for public parks, waterfronts, and plazas within NYC. He recently was the lead designer and project manager of the Jefferson Chalmers Neighborhood Framework Plan as a consultant for the City of Detroit. Sam graduated from the University of Michigan’s School of Natural Resources and the Environment with a Master’s of Landscape Architecture.
