Molly Mowery, AICP is President and Founder of Wildfire Planning International LLC, a consulting practice dedicated to helping communities adapt to the new realities of wildfire. She has over fifteen years of experience working with communities on the challenges of sustainability, environmental planning, and the wildland-urban interface. Molly co-developed the national Community Planning Assistance for Wildfire program and designed the FEMA course “Land Use Planning for Wildfire”. Most recently, she served as the lead author of the American Planning Association publication, Planning the Wildland-Urban Interface. Molly holds a Master in City Planning degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
