Eamonn Hutton Associate ASLA

Since joining Sasaki in 2010, Eamonn has helped lead an interdisciplinary team focused on strategic planning for urban parks departments. This work combines Eamonn’s passions for urban ecology and social equity with his understanding of park design and operations. Recently, Sasaki has collaborated with the City of Boston to develop an innovative software tool that analyses the distribution and accessibility of the City’s parks. The case study was the focus of Eamonn’s lecture at the 2016 NRPA Innovation Lab in Boston, which brought together fifty parks directors from across the country to discuss the growing role of technology in parks.
