Steven Terusaki is the founder and CEO of SEIDO Consulting, LLC a business coaching and leadership development practice helping individuals and organizations find their “Right Path” to success.

Steve has over 30 years of experience leading organizations through growth and change; initiating systems and practices to deliver excellent client service; and implementing organizational governance structures and procedures. He is a CA registered landscape architect with an M.L.A from the University of Michigan. Steve's design training is complemented with an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley to bring his clients a unique design-based business perspective.

Adrienne McCray, ASLA

Adrienne McCray, PLA, is a Principal Project Manager and part owner of Lee and Associates, Inc., a Washington, DC based design firm. She has over 20 years of project experience ranging from small community spaces to large city master plans, and she has a successful track record of shepherding complex projects through local and federal government approvals. She is a champion for community-based designs that create unique and meaningful places while positively contributing to the environment.

She currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Black Landscape Architecture Network and Lambda Alpha, George Washington.

Jimmy Chan, ASLA

Jimmy Chan's love of drawing, design and architecture from an early age set him towards Landscape Architecture. After graduating from UC Davis with a BSLA, Jimmy worked at several design firms and agencies, before joining rhaa. Two decades later, Jimmy is a Principal leading a broad range of project types and scales, while managing firm operations. Jimmy also serves on the Port of San Francisco’s Mission Rock – Pier 70 Design Advisory Committee.
