Ashley is an engaging and collaborative professional who is passionate about communicating the value of design. Her time in architecture school, early career as a designer and her tenure as an AIA National Board member informed Ashley’s deep respect for the design community and has informed her career as a strategist and professional services marketer. As Principal, she leads LandDesign’s award-winning communications team that is responsible for translating the LandDesign brand both internally and externally, as well as manages the firm’s strategic plan. Outside of the office, she can be found renovating her 100-year old historic home.

Peter Crowley, ASLA, PLA

Peter is a Partner, past President, and founder of LandDesign’s Washington DC office. A visionary master planner and design thought leader, Peter’s dedication to creating memorable experiences through design has influenced the firm’s methodology, which seeks to differentiate places by engaging clients and users through unique stories. Peter has led multi-disciplinary teams on projects spanning the globe for over 35 years. While the breadth of his experience and achievements is rewarding, Peter finds the most fulfillment in mentoring young designers; sharing stories and lessons from his past, while they inspire him with ideas for the future.

Ray is the Managing Partner of LandDesign’s Orlando office and the firm’s Chief Operating Officer. As a strategic leader, he drives the firm’s operational vision and growth to empower LandDesign to serve its clients, communities, and environments around the world. Ray is a creative leader with an aptitude for problem solving whose contribution has garnered numerous award-winning projects throughout the firm’s portfolio. The complexities of these projects have equipped Ray with the engineering capability to adeptly orchestrate teams of experts that are focused on collaborative creative solutions that work.

Stephanie Pankiewicz, ASLA, PLA

Stephanie is a Partner at LandDesign who directs complex large-scale mixed-use and urban design projects for some of the nation’s leading developers. Stephanie thrives during the implementation phase of a project when she can swap her plans for a hard hat and watch her ideas transform into reality. As an advocate for excellence in the built environment, Stephanie understands the intersection of design and social equality, and strives to engage diverse stakeholders and community members to build consensus and understanding with every project on which she works.
