Responding to Local Government RFPs

The success of many projects starts during the marketing stage, even before the project is awarded to the design team. This session will provide an overview of how to properly respond to local government RFPs, public bids and their requirements, and how to write a technical approach that sets a strong foundation for the consultant-and-client team. In addition, the session will cover tips and suggestions for partnering with subconsultants and developing a strategy for the RFP pursuit.
